Right away I found a house I was absolutely crazy about that I had missed in my own Zillow hunting’s. There was a bit of a bidding war but Tripp gave us everything we needed to put the best offer on the table and we got the house! I couldn’t believe it. While I was out of town in TN and being in the same place as Tripp, I started talking to him about my wanting to sell my residence in FL; he patiently answered all my questions and had a true understanding of what I was wanting to accomplish in a very short time frame. After having some bad experiences with Realtors®, we were kind of down on Realtors® but working with Tripp completely changed our view. He was so knowledgeable and friendly and did everything he could to work with us. We had a crazy loan process and closing but he worked with us the whole time even when he went out of the country to Japan on vacation.
